This is scored for 9 band in each module Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking . A minimum of 6.5 band is required for admissions to foreign universities.

OET - Occupational English Test

This test is for medical professionals, especially nurses to work in an English speaking country. This is scored just like IELTS, different criteria are used to evaluate each of the four OET subtests. Then, a scale from 0 to 500 in 10-point increments—330, 340, 350, etc. —grades your performance in each. To be qualified, you must pass the exam with a score of 350 or higher on each module.12-J

GRE - Graduate Record Examination

It tests the verbal and quantitative ability of a student. This test is taken by students who want to do their masters course in the USA, UK, or Canada. The maximum total score you can get on the GRE is 340 (170 each in Quantitative and Verbal reasoning, with a 6 in Analytical writing). On the other hand, the GRE subject test yields a total score on a 200 to 900 scale, in a 10-point increment. Unlike the general test, the subject test does not have sectional scores.

GMAT - Graduate Management Admission Test

Students who have done their UG in management seek admission to PG courses, especially MBA, in countries like Canada, USA , UK etc. have to clear this exam. It tests your verbal and mathematics ability. Score Range: Total GMAT Scores range from 200 to 800. Two-thirds of test takers score between 400 and 600.
